Learning to use

So I’m trying to find apps that are free and allpw me to edit photos that have good quality.
I know, imagine right! I want good quality from a “free app.” Well that’s what brought me to this one!

I’m giving it a try to see how it suits my design needs to create edgy photos in a free app. Will let you know how it goes!
